Compliance Confirm

Verification you can document.

Compliance Confirm provides services that produce verifiable, auditable records of human attention and engagement — for industries where it matters that something was read, watched, or attended to, and that the record can be relied on later.

The technology behind every service is patent pending.

Our services

Compliance Confirm offers documented-attention services across several domains. Each service uses the same underlying verification technology, configured for the specific demands of its industry.

Documented Evidence Review

Verified review of case materials by expert witnesses, with a per-document record delivered to the engaging firm.

Regulatory Compliance Training

Verified completion of mandatory training by employees, with an audit record suitable for regulatory inspection.

Continuing Education Verification

Verified completion of continuing education and certification hours by licensed professionals, with a documented record of attention throughout each session.

Additional services are in development. Each one produces the same core deliverable: documentation that something specific was read, by a specific person, with verified attention.

Documented Evidence Review

When an expert witness writes a report or takes the stand, their conclusions rest on having read and considered every relevant document in the case file. So does their credibility under cross-examination.

In practice, that reading is a matter of trust. The expert says they read it. The firm relies on them. If opposing counsel ever demonstrates otherwise, the cost is borne by everyone.

Documented Evidence Review replaces trust with documentation.

For each case file submitted, your expert reads the materials inside an attention-verification environment. The system produces a per-document record of who read what, when, for how long, and with verified attention throughout. Identity is confirmed at the start and end of each session. The record is delivered to your firm as a sealed engagement file.

The result is a documented review — not an assertion that one occurred.

How an engagement works

Today, every engagement is structured around a specific case. We negotiate scope, materials, and timeline with you directly. As volume grows, this will move to a firm-wide subscription model.

The documented review record includes:

We do not make legal claims about how this record may be used. That is a determination for the firm, opposing counsel, and the court. We provide the documentation; you decide how to deploy it.
